Abstract (en)
The apparatus (1) has two housings (101, 201) for receiving two longitudinal treatment surfaces (12, 22) of hair to be heated by two electrical heating units. One of the housings is moved with respect to the other housing between an open position and a closed position. A gripping and actuation unit comprises a longitudinal axis in the closed position of the housings. The gripping and actuating unit is located in an actuating plane (Ps), where axis of the gripping and actuating unit is secant in the plane to form an acute angle (alpha) that ranges between 25 and 75 degree. An independent claim is also included for a method for treating hair.

L'invention concerne un appareil de coiffure (1) pour la mise en forme de cheveux comprenant : un premier boitier (101) longitudinal recevant une première surface de traitement (12) de cheveux destinée à être chauffée par un premier moyen électrique de chauffage ; un deuxième boitier 201 longitudinal recevant une deuxième surface de traitement 22 de cheveux destinée à être chauffée par un deuxième moyen électrique de chauffage ; le premier boitier 101 est mobile relativement au deuxième boitier 201 entre une position ouverte et une position fermée ; au moins un moyen de préhension et d'actionnement 102, 202 d'au moins un des boitiers , le moyen de préhension et d'actionnement présentant un axe longitudinal Lp au moins en position fermée des boitiers 101, 201; une zone de traitement Z définie en position fermée présente un plan Ps de symétrie orthogonale, ledit plan Ps contenant au moins un axe longitudinal Lz de la zone de traitement Z ; L'axe Lp du moyen de préhension et d'actionnement étant contenu dans ledit plan Ps ; l'axe Lp et l'axe Lz étant sécants dans le plan Pz et formant un angle aigu ± compris entre 25 et 75°.
