Abstract (en)
The blank structure (10) has a layer portion (12) that is made of paper, corrugated cardboard or plastic. A folding groove (14) is defined in the wall regions (16,18,20) of the layer portion by applying the laser beam energy. The material region (24) is formed in the wall region of the of the layer portion. The folding groove of arc-shaped, is provided with the groove bottom portion (22) of circular or elliptical shaped. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing blank structure for producing three-dimensional structure.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zuschnitt (10) zur Herstellung einer dreidimensionalen Struktur, insbesondere einer Verpackung, eines Displays o.dgl., mit wenigstens einer Schicht (12) aus Papier, Karton, insbesondere Wellpappe, oder Kunststoff, welche zumindest eine Faltnut (14) aufweist, die mittels Laserstrahlenergie hergestellt ist, wobei die zumindest eine Faltnut (14) durch Wandungsbereiche (16, 18, 20) der wenigstens einen Schicht (12) begrenzt ist, zwischen welchen ein Materialbereich (24) der wenigstens einen Schicht (12) durch Beaufschlagen des gesamten Materialbereichs (24) mit Laserstrahlenergie abgetragen ist, eine dreidimensionale Struktur mit einem solchen Zuschnitt (10) sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines solchen Zuschnitts (10).
