An inner casing (15) is formed by inner toroidal rings (16) which are placed one above another. An outer casing (19) is provided in outer base casing and formed by outer toroidal rings (20) which are placed one above another. The inner casing is spaced apart from the outer base casing and a concrete is filled between the inner casing and outer casing.
