By changing a rotation speed of the drum according to the type and the weight of the bedding, the damage of the substance at each of the total care courses is reduced while obtaining optimal effects. By providing a standard course having all the total care functions, the manipulation efficiency is enhanced for a user who is not familiar with the manipulation of the courses and also for a user who is not in favor of the individual manipulation of the courses.
