[origin: EP2703738A1] The vapor extraction apparatus (1) has filter (2). The fat collection channel (3) is provided with number of removable troughs (6). The removable troughs are arranged to support the filter. Each trough is provided with a handle (7). The handle is provided with an air through flow opening. The troughs are provided with web to abut against the filter. Each trough is provided with insertion recess (15) into which filter is inserted.
