Abstract (en)
The clock (1) has a pointer, particularly an hour hand (4), driven by a clock unit, and a manually rotatable pointer, where the former pointer is rotated independently from the manually rotatable pointer. A time display of a time unit is performed during the overlapping of the pointers, while the latter pointer points towards the angular position of the current time of the observed time unit. A reasonable hour reading is not possible while the time points and angles of the overlap of the pointer are outside.

Uhr zur Anzeige eines Wertes einer Zeiteinheit, mit einem Ableseelement (5), wobei eine Rotation des Ableseelementes (5) manuell steuerbar ist, und einem der Zeiteinheit entsprechend rotierenden Formelement (4), wobei die Rotationsbewegung des Formelementes (4) unabhängig von einer manuell hervorgerufenen Rotation des Ableseelementes (5) erfolgt. Der Wert der Zeiteinheit ist ausschließlich bei einem Aufeinandertreffen von Ableseelement (5) und Formelement (4) ablesbar, indem die Winkelstellung des Aufeinandertreffens den Wert der Zeiteinheit angibt.
