Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2012150893A1] The present invention relates to a method and to an equipment to treat a fluid channel using a rotating flexible shaft carrying an exchangeable tool, whereby the flexible drive shaft is, through a control unit, propelled by an electric propelling drive unit. The method is characterized in that the electric power used by the propelling drive unit to rotate the flexible shaft is always recorded during use, that changes passing preset values immediately will lower the electric power and that this will be indicated on a control board of the propelling drive unit and/or to a memory. The equipment is characterized in a stand supporting an electric propelling drive unit and a control unit, a handle member and supporting struts keeping the equipment from twisting due to performed working torque.
