[origin: WO2012150085A1] In a fitting system for a vehicle seat having at least one fitting (10) by means of which a rest (4) can be pivoted relative to a seat part (3) from at least one use position to a non-use position, wherein the fitting (10) has: a first fitting part (11) with a toothed rim (17), a second fitting part (12), wherein the first fitting part (11) can be rotated about an axis (A) relative to the second fitting part (12), having at least one moving bolt (16) which is guided by the second fitting part (12) and which locks the fitting (10) in the at least one use position by interacting with the toothed rim (17), having a prestressed eccentric (27) which moves the at least one bolt (16) radially outward to interact with the toothed rim (17) by means of rotation in the closing direction, and having a control cam (36) which moves the at least one bolt (16) radially inward in the event of rotation in the opening direction, in order to terminate interaction with the toothed rim (17), the control cam (36) can be rotated in the closing direction in a manner uncoupled from the eccentric (27), in order to lock the fitting (10) in the non-use position by interaction between the at least one bolt (16) and the toothed rim (17).
