[origin: WO2012153020A1] The invention relates to a clothes iron (1) comprising a water tank (13) and an ironing sole plate (2) thermally contacting a heating body (3) including a vaporization chamber (32), said tank (13) communicating with the vaporization chamber (32) via a supply circuit comprising a sealing means (6) controlled by a button (60) for controlling the steam, wherein the sealing means (6) is moved into an open position for enabling the water to flow through the supply circuit when said button (60) for controlling the steam is actuated, and is automatically returned by a return means (64) into a closed position, in which said sealing means (6) blocks the flow of water when the user releases the button (60) for controlling the steam, characterized in that the supply circuit includes an anti-drip valve (7) controlled by a thermally deformable element (72) supported by the heating body (3).
