[origin: EP2705911A2] The device comprises a compatible base (2) configured for receiving slabs and attached to a cover (3). The base includes a planar receptacle (36) for receiving and removal of a total weight of the cover. The slabs are stacked on the receptacle. The receptacle is configured for removal of the base of the device. The cover is connected via a locking unit with the base. The base and the cover are lifted to a second stopper. The device further comprises a compatible, transportation and lifting unit, a unit for guiding the cover in a closed position, and an identification unit. The device comprises a compatible base (2) configured for receiving slabs and attached to a cover (3). The base includes a planar receptacle (36) for receiving and removal of a total weight of the cover. The slabs are stacked on the receptacle. The receptacle is configured for removal of the base of the device. The cover is connected via a locking unit with the base. The base and the cover are lifted to a second stopper. The device further comprises a compatible, transportation and lifting unit, a unit for guiding the cover in a closed position, and a unit for identifying the slab on the base. The base or the cover comprises a stop unit for abutting the transportation and lifting unit. The receptacle is formed with a flat plane. The guiding unit is provided within the base. The receptacle comprises a longitudinal support and/or a cross member. An anchor is provided on the receptacle. The base comprises a replaceable, insulation over a foamed clay. An insulation layer is provided on the receptacle. The cover comprises a support structure and walls with insulating material. The receptacle is made of silicate-based refractory brick (6).
