Abstract (en)
The tool (1) has a channel (2) that is inclined at one location and channel openings (4), through which the object is inserted into the channel. The channel is guided by multiple tool portions (6,7), which are abutted together in a releasable manner. The tool portions are abutted together in abutment portions around the channel, and are partly spaced apart in remaining areas. The tool portions are formed by plates or blocks, where the plates are made of steel.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug (1) zum Verformen eines metallischen Gegenstandes unter hohem Druck, aufweisend zumindest einen Kanal (2), der an zumindest einer Stelle (3) abgewinkelt ist, und Kanalöffnungen (4, 5), durch welche der Gegenstand in den Kanal einführbar bzw. aus diesem führbar ist, wobei der Kanal (2) durch mehrere lösbar aneinander anliegende Werkzeugteile (6, 7) führt. Um an einer Kanalaußenseite einen Austritt von Material des Gegenstandes beim Durchpressen durch den Kanal (2) zu vermeiden, liegen die Werkzeugteile (6, 7) in Anlagebereichen um den Kanal (2) herum aneinander an und sind in den übrigen Bereichen zumindest teilweise voneinander beabstandet.
