Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2706146A1] The method involves assembling the tubbing components in a machine-made cavity hole to form a closed facing. The intermediate space between the inner wall of the cavity hole and the outer walls of the tubbing components is filled with pea gravels. Silicate resin is injected under pressure as cement-free annular filling to seal and back fill the intermediate room and to embed the tubbing components, after filling the intermediate space with pea gravels. A multi-grain pea gravel is used as pea gravel. The injection of silicate resin is carried out under so high pressure that loosening zones of the surrounding rock mass are sealed and filled back.
