[origin: WO2012152450A2] A two-part child-proof lock (1), in particular for containers, with an inner cap (2) which is in the form of a hollow body and has a first, cylindrical, upwardly opened casing section (4) closable by a cover (10) and a second lower, downwardly opened casing section (6), and an outer cap (3; 96) at least partially surrounding the inner cap (2; 84; 104), wherein the outer cap (3; 96) has a central, upwardly open recess (76) through which at least part of the inner cap (2; 84; 104) can be at least partially guided and which can be deflected from a starting position in the direction of the centre axis (M) of the lock (1) by application of force and, after the application of force is ended, can be returned again into the starting position by at least one spring system (30), wherein the spring system (30) comprises at least two band-like spring elements (98) which are arranged on the inside of the outer cap (3; 96) and each have an obliquely downwardly directed free end (100).
