Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2708265A2] The generator (10) has a cooling device (30) for cooling a flowing mixture (20). The cooling device comprises a supplying device (36) for supplying gas (38) from an environment (22) to the flowing mixture for mixing the flowing mixture before entering into the environment with the gas. The cooling device comprises a sealing unit (52) and an acceleration device (42) for accelerating the flowing mixture, and an introduction device (48) introduces the flowing mixture into the environment. The supplying device is radially arranged on a contact region (50). An independent claim is also included for a method for cooling a flowing mixture.
