A charging unit (150) is arranged on a spring support table (190). A circular arc-shaped recess portion is formed on outer edge of a lower grinding wheel (140) of the grinding unit. A carrier plate is formed in the recess portion. A thin layer is arranged on the wear-resistant material support plate.
