The tile (1) has an anti-slip unit protruded in the form of a collection element (5) from a bottom surface and a walk-in upper surface (3). A discharging element (15) is arranged with an opening portion (17) adjacent to the collecting element to discharge gases or fluids from an upper side of a grid, where the collection element and/or the discharging element includes a round or oval base surface (7). The collection element includes a cone region (9) protruded from a top face and another cone region protruded from the bottom surface.
