The pump (11) has a pump chamber (13) and a rotating impeller (30). An inlet (16) is lead into the pump chamber and an outlet (19) is lead out from the pump chamber. A pump motor (20) is provided with a rotor (22), for driving the impeller. The rotor and the impeller are connected to each other. The impeller is supported in the axial direction towards the inlet. A thrust bearing (39) is provided against axial support and is located on a rotational axis of the rotor.

Eine Pumpe mit einer Pumpenkammer und einem darin rotierenden Impeller weist einen Einlass in die Pumpenkammer hinein und einen Auslass heraus auf, wobei die Pumpe einen Pumpenmotor mit einem Rotor aufweist. Rotor und Impeller sind miteinander verbunden, wobei der Impeller in axialer Richtung hin zu dem Einlass abgestützt ist und wobei dafür eine axiale Abstützung gegen ein Axiallager vorgesehen ist. Dabei liegt das Axiallager auf einer Rotationsachse des Rotors und besteht aus einer zentral gelagerten konkaven Lagerschale, in der ein konvex gewölbter Lagervorsprung des Impellers anliegt.
