Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2708836A2] The apparatus has a cooled inner area, and an evaporation shell (20) for receiving condensation water drained from the inner area. A fan module has a fan (10), and designed such that air conveyed by the fan is supplied to the evaporation shell. A part of the fan module is movably designed such that the part is arranged in different positions relative to the evaporation shell. The fan module has a spacer that is flexibly designed, where the spacer has spacer segments that are rotatable relative to each other. The fan module is directly attached to the evaporation shell. The fan is designed as a radial, axial, diagonal or cross-flow fan.
