The hearing device (4) has a sound hose (6) with a hose-side coupling element (8) made from metal and an ear piece (10) with an ear-piece-side coupling element (12) made from rubber or plastic material. The hose-side and ear-piece-side coupling elements are linked reversibly. An ear-piece-side pressure channel (18) and a hose-side pressure channel (16) are coupled together to form coupled pressure channel in a coupled state of the coupling elements. The hose-side coupling element or the ear-piece-side coupling element is supported through pressurizing element (24).

Eine Hörvorrichtung 4 umfasst einen Schallschlauch 6 mit einem schlauchseitigen Kopplungselement 8, und ein Ohrstück 10 mit einem ohrstückseitigen Kopplungselement 12, wobei das schlauchseitige Kopplungselement 8 und das ohrstückseitige Kopplungselement 12 reversibel koppelbar sind. Im Weiteren umfasst das schlauchseitige Kopplungselement 8 einen schlauchseitigen Druckkanal 16 und das ohrstückseitige Kopplungselement 12 einen ohrstückseitigen Druckkanal 18, welche in einem gekoppelten Zustand der Kopplungselemente einen gekoppelten Druckkanal 20 bilden. Dabei wird das schlauchseitige Kopplungselement 8 oder das ohrstückseitige Kopplungselement 12 durch mindestens ein Druckelement 24 unterstützt, welches eine Luftabdichtung des gekoppelten Druckkanals 20 verbessert.
