Abstract (en)
The method involves producing a joint piece (1) in an injection molding process. The joint piece is connected with a sole (3) by gluing in a room temperature in a hardened, cold condition. A joint spring (2) is integrated as a stiffening element. The joint piece and the joint spring are connected by rivets (4). A recess is formed on an upper side of the joint piece, and provided with a depth corresponding to a thickness of the joint spring. Heat energy is supplied to the joint piece during cooling in regions lying remote from the joint spring.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer kombinierten Brandsohle für einen Schuh, sowie die durch dieses Verfahren erzeugte kombinierte Brandsohle. Die kombinierte Brandsohle wird aus einer Sohle 3 und einem im Spritzgussverfahren produzierten Gelenkstück 1 aus Kunststoff gebildet. Das Gelenkstück 1 wird im ausgehärteten, kalten Zustand mit der Sohle 3 verbunden. Zur Erhöhung der Stabilität und Steifigkeit kann eine Gelenkfeder 2 in den Aufbau integriert werden.
