The system comprises a central electronic voice acquisition unit and several portable electronic voting input device having a display (1) for displaying a voting, template input buttons (2-5) for the input of submitted proposal, and a transmission unit for wireless transmission of votes to voice acquisition unit. The proposal is composed of several sub-templates, in which a single sub-template is selected and a vote on selected sub-template is entered, while the voting on several sub-templates of a proposal submitted is jointly transmitted to the voice acquisition unit. An independent claim is included for a method for performing voting in a meeting using electronic system.

Ein elektronisches System zur Durchführung einer Abstimmung weist eine zentrale elektronische Stimmerfassungseinheit (Z) und mehrere portable elektronische Stimmeingabegeräte (G) auf. Jedes Stimmeingabegerät (G) weist einen Display (1) zur Anzeige einer Abstimmungsvorlage, Eingabemittel (2, 3, 4, 5) für eine Stimmabgabe zur Abstimmungsvorlage und ein Sendemittel zur drahtlosen Übermittlung der Stimmabgabe an die zentrale Stimmerfassungseinheit (Z) auf. Die Abstimmungsvorlage ist aus mehreren Untervorlagen zusammengesetzt. Mittels der Eingabemittel (2, 3, 4, 5) des Stimmeingabegeräts (G) ist eine einzelne Untervorlage im Stimmeingabegerät (G) auswählbar und eine Stimmabgabe zu dieser ausgewählten Untervorlage ist in das Stimmeingabegerät (G) eingebbar. Stimmabgaben zu mehreren Untervorlagen der Abstimmungsvorlage sind gemeinsam an die zentrale Stimmerfassungseinheit (Z) übermittelbar. Dieses System ermöglicht eine Vereinfachung und Verkürzung von komplexen Abstimmungen und Wahlverfahren.
