[origin: WO2012156176A1] The present invention refers to a process of electrolytic galvanizing, thick layer passivation and subsequent treatment in order to enhance anti-corrosive protection, wherein said process comprises a pretreatment and cleaning of products to be protected against corrosion, respectively, galvanizing in an alkaline media and final treatment. Said final treatment comprises multiple immersing the product to be protected into a water dispersion of silicate and polyurethane and removing the product therefrom.
