[origin: EP2712985A1] The method involves constructing a flat foundation base (2). Several lifting devices (5) are displaced or moved on the foundation base. A portion of the lifting device is fixed at first tower element (1) that is raised using the lifting device. A second tower element is arranged below the first tower element. A portion of the lifting device is fixed at the second tower element. The aggregate of the first and the second tower elements are raised using the lifting device. A third tower element is arranged below the aggregate of the first and second tower elements.
