Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2012159728A2] The invention relates to a stamp (1), comprising an upper and a lower part (6, 7) that can be slid into one another, and a printing plate carrier (8) that is pivotably arranged in the lower part (7) for receiving the stamp plate (3). A receiving device (21) for an ink pad (4) is associated with the printing plate carrier (8), and in an idle position (2) the printing plate carrier (8) is positioned at between 80° and 135°, in particular 90°, to a contact area (22). From said idle position (2), the stamp (1) can be moved into an operating position (23) for generating a stamp imprint by way of guide means, wherein a rotation of the printing plate carrier (8) by way of two guiding pins (27) takes place, wherein a guiding pin (27) is respectively arranged at a lateral side (28) of the printing plate carrier (8), the guiding pins (27) engaging in guide notches (29, 30) in the upper and lower part (6, 7) at the same time.
