[origin: WO2012163549A1] The invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising a motor vehicle seat (10), in particular a foldable motor vehicle seat (10), comprising a backrest structure (210) and a seat structure (310) that is foldably connected via an adjustment device (100) to the backrest structure (210), wherein the adjustment device (100) has at least one engagement fitting (150) having a backrest section (16) for connecting to the backrest structure (210) and a seat section (18) for connecting to the seat structure (310), wherein the backrest section (16) and the seat section (18) are arranged on different sides of the backrest structure (210) and/or of the seat structure (310).
