[origin: WO2012160154A1] The present invention relates to a spectacle frame comprising a front frame part (4) and two spectacle temple arms (5), one end of which has at least one tongue (1a, 1b), the front frame part (4) having two hoops able to receive spectacle lenses (6), and two elements (2) for connecting to a spectacle temple arm (5) extending in a transverse direction with respect to the plane defined by the front frame part (4), each hoop being slit along a slot so as to allow the insertion or removal of the spectacle lenses (6) into or from said front frame part (4), said slot extending through the connecting element (2) so as to define a lower part (2a) of the connecting element and an upper part (2b) of the connecting element, said lower part and upper part (2a, 2b) of the connecting element (2) being kept in contact by at least one tongue (1a, 1b) of one of the spectacle temple arms (5), characterized in that the front spectacle part (4) further comprises for each hoop a locking element (3) at the level of the slot, said locking element (3) consisting of at least two superposed levels having complementary patterns on both sides of the slot and located approximately in the plane of the front frame part (4), which, when they are slotted together, prevent a relative movement of the lower and upper parts (2a, 2b) of the connecting element in said transverse direction with respect to the plane defined by the front frame part (4).
