Abstract (en)
The tube annealing furnace (1) comprises furnace housing (2) that is provided with one or more chambers (4) for accommodating the to-be-treated tubes (5). The cross-sectional area of the chamber is slightly larger than the diameter of the to-be-treated tubes so that the to-be-treated tubes are accommodated with a low radial clearance in the chamber. A heating device (12) is provided for heating the to-be-treated tubes. An independent claim is included for method for annealing tube.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tubenglühofen (1) zum Weichglühen von Tubenrohlingen (5), insbesondere aus Aluminium, umfassend einen Ofenkörper (2;2,3) mit einer oder mehreren zylinderförmigen Kammern (4;8) zur Aufnahme von Tubenrohlingen (5), und eine im Ofenkörper (2;2,3) integrierte Heizvorrichtung (12a,12b) zum Aufheizen der Tubenrohlinge (5) durch Wärmeleitung.
