Abstract (en)

Crosslapper (1) for formation of a fleece made of many layers of fibrous web (3), comprises at least one continuously revolving input belt (2), which supplies the fibrous web from the inlet region of the crosslapper up to a laying gap (11) of the laying carriage, and a continuously circulating cover belt (7), which fixes the fibrous web on the input belt. The cover belt fixes the fibrous web from the inlet region of the crosslapper up to the laying gap on the input belt. An independent claim is also included for operating the crosslapper, comprising transporting the fibrous web on the input belt from the inlet region of the crosslapper up to the laying gap.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kreuzleger zur Bildung eines Vlieses aus mehreren Lagen Faserflor, umfassend mindestens ein endlos umlaufendes Einlaufband (2), das den Faserflor (3) vom Einlaufbereich des Kreuzlegers (1) bis zu einem Legespalt (11) eines Legewagens fördert, weiterhin umfassend ein endlos umlaufendes Deckband (7), das den Faserflor (3) auf dem Einlaufband (2) fixiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckband (7) den Faserflor (3) vom Einlaufbereich des Kreuzlegers (1) bis zum Legespalt (11) auf dem Einlaufband (2) fixiert.
