[origin: WO2012168269A1] The present invention relates to a rigid shell (1) for finishing a container (2) made of a plastic material. The container includes a neck (6) provided with a collar (7). The rigid shell includes a rigid sleeve section (9) substantially corresponding to a section of said container to be finished, a snap-fitting device (11) arranged so as to grip said collar of said container and attach said rigid shell to said container, and a first opening (13) located at a first end of said rigid sleeve section, arranged so as to enable the insertion of said container made of a plastic material.
