The invention is characterized in that said housing (20) forms one piece with said cabinet (10) and defines an interspace (22) with said cabinet (10) at said first side wall (11), second side wall (12), top wall (13) and bottom wall (14), said interspace (22) being adapted to receive a structure (30) made of insulating material.
