[origin: US2012317504A1] Techniques for automated user interface object transformation and code generation are described. An apparatus may comprise a logic device arranged to execute a server application. The server application may comprise, among other elements, an interpretive runtime engine to generate a graphical user interface (GUI) independent object from a set of received user event properties. The GUI independent object is subjected to template processing to create a new GUI dependent object that may be returned to a client application for rendering. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
