[origin: EP2719304A1] The arrangement (1) has a deformable backrest (3) extending in a vertical direction and a transverse direction and comprising a lordosis support region. The backrest is connected to an upper attachment element (11) by a backrest support arm (10). An adjuster (20) adjusts a height and a curvature of the support region, and is height adjustably arranged at the support arm. The adjuster is connected with the backrest on mounting arms by a bearing that comprises backrest-side counter bearings, where the mounting arms project in the transverse direction.
