Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2720092A1] The system has a bracelet link comprising a first hollow element (12) and a second element (14) partly nesting in the first hollow element. The first hollow element carries a first fastening unit to a watch case (18), and the second element carries a second fastening unit to an adjacent bracelet link (16). The watch case includes a mechanical device to pivot the second element about a transverse axis to longitudinal direction of a bracelet. The second element transmits pivoting motion to the first element, which pivots in turn and pressed against a case band (20) of the watch case. The mechanical device is a threaded stem. The first and second elements are rectangular shaped plates (30, 32). The fastening unit is a hinge pin (38).
