[origin: EP2722168A2] Resealable package comprises two connected packaging elements (X1) and (Y1). The packaging element (X1) is multilayer film comprising at least one carrier layer, at least one pressure sensitive adhesive layer (g) and at least one heat-sealable sealing layer (h) of non-crystallizable copolyester. The packing element (Y1) has optionally multi-layer plastic film comprising at least one polyester layer, where two packaging elements (X1) and (Y1) are connected by seal, so that in seam area, the seal strength between layer (h) and polyester layer is greater than adhesion between layers (g) and (h). Resealable package comprises two connected packaging elements (X1) and (Y1). The packaging element (X1) is a multilayer film comprising at least one carrier layer, at least one pressure sensitive adhesive layer (g) and at least one heat-sealable sealing layer (h) of non-crystallizable copolyester. The packing element (Y1) has an optionally multi-layer plastic film comprising at least one polyester layer, where the two packaging elements (X1) and (Y1) are connected by a seal, so that in the seam area, the seal strength between the layer (h) and the polyester layer is greater than the adhesion between the pressure sensitive adhesive layer (g) and the heat-sealable sealing layer (h). The layer sequence comprises the heat-sealable sealing layer (h), where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (g) is released for re-sealing in the seal at the first opening of the packaging. The non-crystallizable copolyester of the heat-sealable sealing layer (h) as the polyol component comprises a mixture of 10-50 mol.%, preferably 20-40 mol.% of at least one cycloaliphatic (6-15C)-diol, 90-50 mol.%, preferably 80-60 mol.% of at least one linear aliphatic (2-10C) diol and a dicarboxylic acid component of terephthalic acid, or a mixture of 50-90 mol.% terephthalic acid and 10-50 mol.% of isophthalic acid and/or at least one aliphatic (6-12C)-dicarboxylic acid.
