Abstract (en)
The fish mouth seal carrier includes a seal (3) mounted on the radial inner axial arm (1.1,2.1) of the box profile. Either the primary half shell segment (1) or the second half shell segment (2) includes an integrally formed axial flange (1.4,2.4). The axial flange together with the radial inner platform (11) of the guide vane (10) of the gas turbine forms a fish mouth seal for accommodating the axial flange extending from the adjoining moving blade radially between the radial inner platform and the axial flange. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a gas turbine; and (2) a producing method for fish mouth seal carrier for guide vane arrangement of gas turbine.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Fischmaul-Dichtungsträger für eine Leitschaufelanordnung (10) einer Gasturbine, mit einem ersten Halbschalenelement (1) und einem damit stoffschlüssig (7) verbundenen zweiten Halbschalenelement (2), welche zusammen ein Kastenprofil mit zwei Axialschenkeln (1.1 + 2.1, 1.2 + 2.2) und zwei Radialschenkeln (1.3, 2.3) bilden, und einem Dichtungselement (3), welches an einem Axialschenkel (1.1 + 2.1) des Kastenprofils angeordnet ist, wobei wenigstens eines von den beiden Halbschalenelementen einen integral ausgebildeten Axialflansch (1.4, 2.4) zur Bildung einer Fischmauldichtung aufweist.
