Abstract (en)
The cash box has a retaining element (60) that retains the value notes of the value note stack in a receiving area in pivoted-in position through a spring (66). The value notes are conveyed to and/or removed from the receiving area in pivoted-out position. A locking unit (67) for latching the retaining element is provided so that movement of the retaining element from the pivoted-in position into the pivoted-out position in a locked state is prevented while allowing the movement of the retaining element in an unlocked state. An independent claim is included for device for handling of value notes.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Geldkassette (18), die einen Aufnahmebereich (54) zur Aufnahme eines Wertscheinstapels und ein Rückhalteelement (60) umfasst, das in einer angeschwenkten Position die Wertscheine des Wertscheinstapels im Aufnahmebereich (54) zurückhält und in einer abgeschwenkten Position derart angeordnet ist, dass Wertscheine dem Aufnahmebereich (54) zuführ- und/oder entnehmbar sind. Ferner hat die Geldkassette (18) ein elastisches Element (66), das das Rückhalteelement (60) in der angeschwenkten Position hält. Darüber hinaus umfasst die Geldkassette (18) eine Verriegelungseinheit (67), die in einer Verriegelungsposition ein Bewegen des Rückhalteelements (60) von der angeschwenkten in die abgeschwenkte Position verhindert und in einer entriegelten Position erlaubt. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung (10) zur Handhabung von Wertscheinen, in der eine solche Geldkassette (18) aufnehmbar ist.
