Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2013000824A1] The invention relates to a frost-resistant valve device, comprising an inlet opening (240), an outlet opening (250), a liquid conducting path, which extends from the inlet opening to the outlet opening, a ventilation opening for feeding air into a housing pipe, a blocking valve (270) arranged in the liquid conducting path that, in an open position, releases a liquid connection between the inlet opening and the outlet opening and, in a closed position, blocks a liquid connection between the inlet opening and the outlet opening, an operating handle (271) for moving the blocking valve from the open position to the closed position and vice versa, and a ventilation valve unit (290) that, in an open position, releases an air conducting path between the ventilation opening and a section of the liquid conducting path within the housing pipe and, in a closed position, blocks said air conducting path. According to the invention, the ventilation valve unit (290) is designed as a lip valve.
