Abstract (en)
The device (1) has circulating positioning units (4) connected with turntables (5). Centering bells (6) are utilized for clamping and aligning containers. A stationary label dispenser donates and glues first portions (3a) of self-adhesive labels on top faces of the containers. Pressing units (7) are utilized for pressing second portions (3b) of the labels and attached to sidewall portions. Stroke devices (6a) allow the centering bells to be controlled by the aligned containers before the containers reach the label dispenser. An independent claim is also included for a method for equipping containers with self-adhesive labels.

Beschrieben werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Ausstatten von Behältern mit Klebeetiketten derart, dass sich die angebrachten Etiketten von den Oberseiten der Behälter bis auf Seitenwandbereiche der Behälter erstrecken. Dadurch, dass die Behälter zwischen Drehtellern und Zentrierglocken eingespannt werden und die ausgerichteten Behältern anschließend seitlich umgriffen werden, können die Etiketten von oben gespendet werden und von oben nach unten präzise angebracht werden.
