Abstract (en)

The compressed air-maintenance device (2) has an electrically actuatable switching valve (14) which has a power supply unit (16) and a work output (17), where the power supply unit is connected with a compressed air source (P). A housing outlet (7) is connected with an external consumer device (A). The switching valve is formed as two by two-way valve of normally open type and is biased by a spring unit (19) in the open position, so that it always takes up the open position in the absence of the electrical switching signal.

Abstract (de)

Es werden ein Druckluft-Wartungsgerät (2) und eine damit ausgestattete Verbrauchersteuervorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, wobei das Druckluft-Wartungsgerät (2) über ein Schaltventil (14) in Form eines 2/2-Wegeventils verfügt, das in die Offenstellung vorgespannt ist. An einen ausgangsseitig an das Schaltventil (14) angeschlossenen Auslasskanal (22) ist ein Durchflusssensor (25) angeschlossen, der mit einer internen elektronischen Steuereinheit (26) kommuniziert, die das Schaltventil (14) unter Berücksichtigung der vom Durchflusssensor (25) erhaltenen Messwerte betätigen kann. Liegt an dem Schaltventil (14) kein elektrisches Umschaltsignal an, nimmt es eine die Druckluftversorgung einer angeschlossenen Verbrauchereinrichtung (A) gewährleistende Offenstellung ein. Auf diese Weise wird die Druckluftversorgung der externen Verbrauchereinrichtung (A) von einem Entfall der Stromversorgung nicht beeinträchtigt.
