[origin: WO2013004228A1] The invention relates to an actuating device, comprising an actuating element (2), which, in a first operating state, is pivotable about an axis (1) and is connected to a toothed element (3) for conjoint rotation. According to the invention, in a second operating state, the toothed element (3) is designed to be blockable by a latching element (4), which is mounted movably with respect to the axis (1), in order to prevent a pivoting movement of the actuating element (2).
