Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2730184A2] The device has a storage device for receiving a portion of a smoking article (10). An ejector (30) includes a movable pin (31), which is moveable between a starting position and an active position for ejecting a spherical aroma body (16) from the smoking article. The pin includes a tip (33) for penetration into the smoking article, and an inclined flange (34) for ejecting the body from the smoking article. The ejector is arranged relative to an opening of the storage device so that a part of the pin is movable over a plane of the storage device. An independent claim is also included for a method for recovering bodies from smoking articles.
