[origin: EP2730207A2] The hand piece (10) has a suction inlet (38) and a suction line (26) for suction air, where the suction line stands in flow connection with the suction inlet. A steam line (42) stands in flow connection with a steam outlet (50). A housing is provided which surrounds a section of the suction line and the steam line. The housing comprises a handle for grasping the hand piece. The hand piece also comprises a steam volume regulating valve (44) and an actuating element (98) for the steam volume regulating valve. The steam volume regulating valve is arranged between the steam line and the steam outlet in flow direction of the steam.
