[origin: EP2732732A1] The covering (2) has an outer cover fabric sewn at a closed covering by a joining seam (3) of an edge region (7) of the covering, where a filling material is filled at interior of the fabric. The joining seam of the edge region is extended parallel to outer edges (5, 6) of a rectangular blanket (1), where the edge region comprises breadth (15) of 5 cm, and the covering is viewable from top. The joining seam is identical with a quilting seam (8) or extended parallel to the quilting seam at a distance of less than 2 cm. The quilting seam is extended parallel to diagonal direction of the blanket.
