Abstract (en)
The binding (1) has a plate (8), and a set of boot-retaining devices that is structured and arranged to retain a boot on the plate. A set of sliding mechanisms (4a1, 4a2, 4b1, 4b2, 5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2) is arranged between the plate and a gliding board (2) when mounted on the gliding board so as to enable a longitudinal movement of the plate in relation to the gliding board. The sliding mechanisms are arranged for moving the plate during a set of gliding phases so that the boot is able to shift in relation to the longitudinal position during a sporting activity i.e. alpine skiing.

Fixation d'une chaussure sur une planche de glisse (2) prévue pour être utilisée au cours d'une pratique sportive incluant des phases de glisse, ladite fixation permettant de fixer la chaussure d'un utilisateur dans une première position longitudinale par rapport à la planche de glisse. Ladite fixation comprend : - une platine (8) comportant au moins une glissière (5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2), - une embase (3) fixée à la planche de glisse (2), - au moins un rail (4a1, 4a2, 4b1, 4b2) qui est fixé à l'embase (3) et qui coopère avec la glissière (5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2), la platine (8) étant mobile en translation (F1, F2), le long du rail (4a1, 4a2, 4b1, 4b2) et dans les deux sens, par rapport à l'embase (3), entre une position d'avance maximale dans laquelle la platine (8) est en appui contre une première butée (64a, 64b) et une position de recul maximal dans laquelle la platine (8) est en appui contre une seconde butée (64b, 64a), - un organe d'amortissement (6, 7) qui amortit dans les deux sens le mouvement de translation (F1, F2) de la platine (8) par rapport à l'embase (3) et qui positionne la platine (8) par défaut dans une position centrale dans laquelle la platine (8) est située, le long du rail (4a1, 4a2, 4b1, 4b2), entre la position d'avance maximale et la position de recul maximal.
