The accumulator-free hydraulic drive system (10) has two pressure chambers (K,R). The pump arrangement (20) consists of a main feed pump (P1) for working strokes and an auxiliary pump (P2) for back strokes. A controller (6) is provided for controlling or regulating the counter pressure in the pressure chamber assigned to the auxiliary pump. The counter pressure is established by the auxiliary pump and is active against the pressure in the working chamber of the consumer (1). An independent claim is included for a method for accumulator-free hydraulic driving of a consumer.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine druckspeicherlose hydraulische Antriebsanordnung und ein Verfahren zum druckspeicherlosen hydraulischen Antreiben eines Verbrauchers (1). Demnach weist die Antriebsanordnung einen Verbraucher (1) mit zwei entgegengesetzt wirkenden Druckräumen (K, R) auf, von denen einer über eine erste Druckleitung (D1) und eine Pumpenanordnung (20) und der andere über eine zweite Druckleitung (D2) und die Pumpenanordnung (20) mit Druckmittel versorgbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Pumpenanordnung (20) aus einer drehzahlvariabel angetriebenen Hauptarbeitspumpe (P1) für Arbeitshübe und aus einer drehzahlvariabel angetriebenen Hilfspumpe (P2) für Rückhübe. Ferner ist die die Förderrichtung der Hilfspumpe (P2) umkehrbar und die Hilfspumpe (P2) über ein Wegeventil (13) wahlweise mit dem ersten (K) und/oder mit dem zweiten (R) Druckraum des Verbrauchers (1) hydraulisch verbunden oder verbindbar.
