Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2733267A2] The element (2) has a biasing unit for biasing a locking bar (16) in a blocking configuration and allowing movement of the locking bar into releasing configuration under an action of releasing force exerted on an urging unit, where a blocking unit allows displacement of the locking bar from a locking position toward or in a release position. The releasing force is applied against urging force of the urging unit in order to move the locking bar in the releasing configuration, and lies in a range between 500-5000 Newton and preferably between 1000-2500 Newton. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a highway device (2) an assembly of an element and a highway device.
