Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine mit Ladeanlage (20), die einen höhenverstellbaren Lastausleger mit einer Lastaufnahme zur Aufnahme einer zu bewegenden Last aufweist, insbesondere Bagger, Kran, Radlader, Teleskoplader oder dergleichen. Sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine sensorische Erfassung der Bedienungsart eines Bedienelementes (11) für die Ladeanlage (20) und eine Auswerteeinheit (12) zur Erkennung einer Paniksituation einer die Bedieneinheit betätigenden Bedienperson vorgesehen ist und dass bei Erkennung einer Paniksituation der Bedienperson ein Notsteuermodus vorgesehen ist, der eine Betätigung der Ladeanlage beinhaltet.
