Abstract (en)
A wearable microphone array apparatus comprises at least two microphones (20) within a garment (10) and further comprises a control unit (30) within the garment (10) connected with the microphones (20) and adapted to receive signals (21) from the microphones (20). The control unit (30) is adapted to provide an output signal related to the localization of a sound source upon reception of a sound signal by at least one of the microphones (20). The apparatus comprises at least one a reproduction device (50) connected (21, 51) with the control unit (30) and adapted to reproduce a real-time signal to a user of the apparatus.
