At least one inflow opening (16) is formed in the collar, and an end of the sleeve (14) facing the flow tube (4) extends into the flow tube (4). At least one outflow opening (18) is formed at the end of the sleeve (14) facing the flow tube (4), and the measurement chamber (12c) is formed in the cavity (12) on the side of the sleeve (14) facing away from the flow tube (4).
