Abstract (en)

The method involves supporting a coil casing in a coil frame (18) of a coil winder of an automatic winder (1). Inner yarn layers are wound with large cross angle for producing good dye liquor at the beginning of winding of a cross-wound spool (11). The spool is switched to small cross angle during reaching of a predetermined diameter between 75 and 85 mm and rewound in a wild winding, where value of the short cross angle amounts to 42 degrees. The spool is moved to a cross-wound spool-transport device (21) through pivoting of the frame around a pivot axis (19).

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer als Kreuzspule ausgebildeten Färbespule, die mit ihrer Spulenhülse im Spulenrahmen einer Spulvorrichtung eines Kreuzspulautomaten gehaltert ist, wobei die Spulvorrichtung eine Einrichtung zum Rotieren der Kreuzspule sowie eine Einrichtung zum Changieren eines auf die Oberfläche der Kreuzspule auflaufenden Fadens aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass zu Beginn der Spulenreise der Färbespule (11) in der Wicklungsart wilde Wicklung gewickelt, wobei zur Erzeugung von gut Färbeflotte durchlassenden inneren Garnlagen mit einem ersten, großen Kreuzungswinkel (±) gestartet wird und dass bei Erreichen eines vorgebbaren Durchmessers (d) der Färbespule (11) auf einen zweiten, kleineren Kreuzungswinkel (± 1 ) umgeschaltet und in der Wicklungsart wilde Wicklung weitergespult wird.
